Upon arrival, I found the hotel to be clean and welcoming, with friendly service despite the busyness. The room was well-maintained, but there were some temperature issues during the night. The location was convenient for various activities, although the pricing may not align with the value received.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, but there were some cleanliness issues, and the broken bedside table was a downside. The breakfast staff was accommodating. The service was fantastic with friendly and helpful staff. The location by the canal towpath was excellent for walks and visiting nearby attractions. The dining experience offered good value for money, although some dishes seemed overcooked.
